• Tourist tax extra charge: €1.32 per person/per day to be settled at the hotel   
• Children under three are welcome to stay at the hotel free of charge, including breakfast
• Children under twelve may stay in their parents' room (if this option is available in the chosen room). Spare beds are charged at €50 per night.    
• Small pets are welcome at an additional charge of €35 per animal

General sales terms and conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit or debit card number, as well as a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay amount. The deposit can be paid by credit or debit card, French cheque or bank transfer.
• Our rooms are available from 3 pm and must be vacated before midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For any cancellation:
  * One night penalty will be applied if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
  * At 30 days before arrival, the deposit previously paid will not be refundable. 
• In the case of early departures, the total initial amount of the booking will be charged.
• In the case of no-shows, the amount for one night will be charged to the credit or debit card provided when booking. 

Customers are reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12 of the French "Code de la consommation", the withdrawal right provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the aforementioned "Code de la consommation" does not apply. The sales conditions relating to the booked room rate define the cancellation and/or amendment terms and conditions of the booking.
